About the Role

Metaguest is hiring a
Data Entry Specialist
to support our growing sales and marketing operations. This is an important entry-level position focused on maintaining data accuracy, researching new business opportunities, and ensuring our internal systems stay clean and organized.

You'll play a key role in helping Metaguest identify and onboard new clients and be responsible for finding, verifying, and inputting business information into our CRM and outreach tools to keep our sales pipeline running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys structured, independent work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research and identify local businesses that fit Metaguest's ideal customer profile.

  • Enter business contact information, emails, and relevant details into CRM and internal systems.

  • Verify data accuracy and update records to maintain clean, reliable databases.

  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure they have qualified leads for outreach.

  • Support campaign preparation by tagging and organizing new lead lists for marketing automation.

  • Follow internal procedures and maintain high accuracy in repetitive data entry tasks.

Who You Are

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets, CRMs, or data entry systems.

  • Basic research skills using Google, business directories, or online listings.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet daily and weekly targets.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Previous experience in administrative support, research, or data entry is an asset but not required.

  • Familiarity with lead databases or CRM tools is considered a plus.

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Base Salary:
    $40,000 – $50,000 CAD|

  • Growth Path:
    Opportunity to advance into Marketing, Rev Ops, or Customer Success roles based on performance and tenure.
