  • Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Cashflow & Treasury Management
  • Monitor and forecast cashflow to support operational needs and growth initiatives.
  • Manage banking relationships and oversee credit facilities, payments, and collections.
  • Optimize working capital by balancing receivables, payables, and inventory.
  • Budgeting & Analysis
  • Lead annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
  • Provide management with clear financial analysis, KPIs, and variance reports.
  • Support strategic decision-making with scenario modeling and profitability analysis.
  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Streamline financial processes and implement efficient systems for reporting and cash management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial operations with company goals.
  • Compliance & External Coordination
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate, tax, and financial reporting regulations.
  • Support the preparation of year-end statements and audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA designation or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or controller role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, cashflow management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
