MOBILE/Security Guard – Full time overnight shifts

Location: CALGARY AREA

We are seeking FULL-TIME position for Mobile/Security guard for the Calgary area.

• Must have a valid security guard license
• Must have a driver's license
• No more that 3 demerits on the driver's license
• 1 year driving experience in Canada
• Job will require exterior patrols and walking up stairwells

Shifts are Thursday to Saturday and every 2 nd Wednesday from 1700 to hrs bi-weekly)

Pay rate $20.80 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the care and upkeep of company vehicle and equipment for the duration of the shift.
• Perform patrol duties in accordance with site instructions.
• Attends alarms, patrols and any other tasks as directed.
• Investigate alarms and report findings to Operations.
• Submit all relevant reports and documentation at the end of each shift.
• Assist co-workers when required.
• Always comply with all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have valid provincial Security Guard License
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must be able to read and write English fluently, both verbally and in written format
• Must have a valid First Aid and CPR Certification
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to get more training if required
• 1 or more years of security experience (preferred)
• Working knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
• Basic computer skills such as the ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Able to walk, stand, and conduct patrols
