Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a creative, Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand, generate qualified leads, and support our advisor recruitment initiatives.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the creation and execution of digital campaigns that drive advisor recruitment, client engagement, and brand awareness. You'll manage our online presence across social platforms, optimize campaigns for performance, and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, email, and retargeting).
  • Manage the company's social media presence, including strategy, content calendars, posting, and analytics.
  • Develop and manage lead-generation funnels for both client acquisition and advisor recruitment.
  • Create and maintain email marketing campaigns and newsletters using automation tools.
  • Design and monitor landing pages, ensuring alignment with conversion goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports with key metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on creative strategies for webinars, events, and recruiting promotions.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, and media partners as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services, insurance, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance and advertising standards within the financial industry (an asset).

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
