About the Role

As a Labourer, you will help keep our operations running smoothly by supporting warehouse activities and ensuring materials and equipment are ready for use. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to essential services in your community.

Labourers cover a range of responsibilities; your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Operate light vehicles and assist with material handling 

  • Load and unload materials from trucks 

  • Clean, wash, test, and prepare materials for field use 

  • Inspect, maintain, and prepare tools and equipment 

  • Perform site and equipment clean-up 

  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions 

  • Support other operational tasks as required

What You'll bring:

  • High School Diploma, CAEC, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid Alberta Class '5' Driver's License with a clean driver abstract

  • Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation

  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment testing, including background check and drug and alcohol screening.
  • Experience in general labor, trades, construction, or field service work would be an asset
  • Strong communication skills and physical stamina for working outdoors in all weather conditions.
