Be the go-to technician clients request by name. Diagnose, repair, and fine-tune systems furniture with minimal disruption in occupied spaces. Lead small teams on right-sized installations while representing Office Concepts with professionalism.

You'll Handle

  • On-site diagnostics for panels, tiles, worksurfaces, locks, seating, and mechanisms
  • Small-team installs and precision service calls; white-glove delivery/placement
  • Safety, finish protection, and clear customer communication from arrival to sign-off
  • Parts pulls and truck staging; light inventory reporting back to the warehouse/PM
  • Work with major contract furniture brands (Haworth, Teknion, Steelcase, Herman Miller/Knoll, etc.)

You Bring

  • 4–6+ years of systems furniture install/service experience
  • Hands-on experience with major contract furniture brands
  • Excellent client manners; clear written updates/photos for service tickets
  • Ability to lift 75–80 lbs; safe driving record; background suitable for client sites
