Big White Ski Resort has an opportunity for a Human Resources professional to lead our people culture. This position is responsible for all aspects of human resources including policy development & management, employee guidance, and management of a 600-bed employee housing program.

The ideal candidate will have formal HR training and/or professional certification. Excellent and empathetic communications skills are essential for this role. Experience with HR systems (UKG/Kronos) would be an asset.

This is a fulltime position located at Big White Ski Resort. We have a busy workload during the winter season and a reduced work-schedule during the sunny Okanagan summers. Occasional remote work is also possible.

The salary range is $85,000 to $115,000.
