Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Cozyn's Garden Gallery in the heart of our vibrant garden centre. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selections and inquiries
  • Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions
  • Maintain an organized sales floor
  • Perform stocking duties to ensure product availability
  • Provide excellent customer service to foster repeat business
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

  • Plant Knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in cash handling and basic math
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Excellent communication skills
