Alteo is looking for a Cloud Analyst for a permanent position based in Montreal.

You will play a key role in the design, deployment, management and optimization of the company's cloud solutions. Working with the Infrastructure, Network and Operations teams, you will participate in the implementation of secure, scalable and highly available cloud architectures.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the administration of the cloud platform with the aim of guaranteeing availability and reliability.
    • Design, deploy and maintain cloud solutions using services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Participate in defining technical platform requirements in coordination with project teams.
    • Implement cost management strategies to optimize cloud infrastructure.
    • Automate recurring tasks using automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible).
    • Monitor application and cloud infrastructure performance, identify problems and implement solutions.
    • Ensure the management of production incidents and their resolutions, if not their cascades.
    • Provide technical support to internal teams for cloud-related issues.
    • Ensure evolution and migration according to technical recommendations and/or those of service providers and editors.
  • Ensure system security to guarantee platform availability and reliability
    • Ensure data and application security by implementing appropriate cloud protection measures.
    • Monitor and escalate security incidents.
    • Participate in platform security audits
  • Contribute to the development of colleagues' skills, with the aim of improving collective performance.
    • Provide coaching, support and back-up to colleagues.
Profile:
  • DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
  • 5-8 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the electronic payment industry (asset)
  • Design and implementation of Cloud architectures
  • Mastery of cloud services such as AWS, Azure or GCI
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
  • Security of cloud environments

Alteo est à la recherche d'un Analyste Cloud pour un poste permanent basé à Montréal.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, le déploiement, la gestion et l'optimisation des solutions cloud de l'entreprise. En collaboration avec les équipes Infrastructures, réseau et d'exploitation, vous participerez à la mise en place d'architectures cloud sécurisées, évolutives et hautement disponibles.

Responsabilités:
  • Assurer l'administration de la plateforme cloud dans le but de garantir la disponibilité et la fiabilité
    • Concevoir, déployer et maintenir des solutions cloud en utilisant des services tels qu'AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud Platform.
    • Participer à la définition des besoins techniques en plateformes en coordination avec les équipes projets
    • Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion des coûts pour optimiser l'infrastructure cloud.
    • Automatiser les tâches récurrentes à l'aide d'outils d'automatisation (ex : Terraform, Ansible).
    • Surveiller les performances des applications et de l'infrastructure cloud, identifier les problèmes et mettre en œuvre des solutions.
    • Assurer la gestion des incidents de production et leurs résolutions sinon leurs cascades
    • Fournir un support technique aux équipes internes pour les questions liées au cloud
    • Assurer l'évolution et la migration selon les préconisations techniques et/ou des fournisseurs de service et des éditeurs
  • Assurer la sécurité des systèmes dans le but de garantir la disponibilité et la fiabilité de la plateforme
    • Assurer la sécurité des données et des applications en mettant en place des mesures de protection cloud appropriées.
    • Assurer le suivi des incidents de sécurité et leurs escalade
    • Participer aux audits de sécurité de la plateforme
  • Contribuer au développement des compétences des collègues dans le but d'améliorer la performance collective
    • Assurer l'encadrement, l'appui et le soutien aux collègues
Profil:
  • DEC/BAC en TI ou l'équivalent
  • 5-8 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Expérience dans l'industrie de la monétique (atout)
  • Conception et mise en œuvre des architectures Cloud
  • Maitrise des services cloud tels que AWS, Azure ou GCI
  • Connaissance des outils d'automatisation (Terraform, Ansible) et des langages de scripting (Python, PowerShell)
