Admiral, a leading private investigation agency, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media, content & Brand Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who is passionate about leveraging social media and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

With decades of experience, we're evolving toward tech-enabled services such as video monitoring, AI-driven detection, and mobile surveillance—while continuing to provide professional security officers for public and private sector clients.
The Opportunity
This is a key growth role starting as Coordinator, with a clear path to Manager based on performance. You'll help modernize our brand and content strategy to show the market that we are both:
- A reliable, professional physical security provider
- A forward-thinking technology partner
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain bilingual content (EN/FR) for social media and brand positioning
- Create footage, pictures, images, short-form videos, graphics, and written posts
- Manage and create all digital assets (images, pictures, videos) and collaborate with professional photographers for high-quality content
- Manage monthly content calendars and engagement on all socials, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Support recruitment content for security roles
- Collaborate on creative concepts for paid campaigns (execution handled internally)
Qualifications
Must-haves:
- Fluent bilingual English/French (written + spoken)
- 2+ years in social media/content/brand coordination
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with short-form video and basic design tools (Canva/Adobe/CapCut)
- Must be local and able to work in person at our office (with some remote flexibility)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in B2B services or tech-enabled industries
- Excellent understanding of paid ads (Meta/LinkedIn/Google Ads)
- Portfolio showing bilingual work and modern brand thinking

L'opportunitéIl s'agit d'un rôle clé pour la croissance, débutant comme Coordonnateur, avec une progression claire vers Gestionnaire selon la performance. Vous contribuerez à moderniser notre marque et notre stratégie de contenu afin de démontrer au marché que nous sommes à la fois :
- Un fournisseur fiable et professionnel de sécurité physique
- Un partenaire technologique tourné vers l'avenir
- Développer et maintenir du contenu bilingue (EN/FR) pour les médias sociaux et le positionnement de la marque
- Créer des vidéos courtes, des images, des photos, des graphiques et des publications écrites
- Gérer et créer tous les actifs numériques (images, photos, vidéos) et collaborer avec des photographes professionnels pour un contenu de haute qualité
- Gérer les calendriers de contenu mensuels et l'engagement sur toutes les plateformes sociales, LinkedIn et Facebook
- Soutenir la création de contenu pour le recrutement des postes en sécurité
- Collaborer à des concepts créatifs pour les campagnes payantes (exécution réalisée en interne)
Essentielles :
- Maîtrise bilingue anglais/français (oral et écrit)
- 2+ années d'expérience en coordination de médias sociaux/contenu/marque
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en storytelling
- Expérience pratique avec la vidéo courte et les outils de design de base (Canva/Adobe/CapCut)
- Doit être local et capable de travailler en personne au bureau (avec une certaine flexibilité en télétravail)
