Business Analyst spécialisé(e) sur la solution Ivalua
pour accompagner la digitalisation des processus achats et fournisseurs de nos clients. À l'interface entre les équipes métiers, techniques et éditeurs, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, le déploiement et l'optimisation de la plateforme Ivalua.

Missions

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers liés aux processus achats, fournisseurs, contrats ou facturation.
  • Traduire ces besoins en spécifications fonctionnelles dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre ou de l'évolution de la solution Ivalua.
  • Participer à la configuration de la solution (paramétrage, workflows, règles métiers).
  • Coordonner les phases de recette, de validation utilisateur (UAT) et de mise en production.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption de la solution : support, formation, documentation.
  • Assurer le lien entre les équipes métiers, l'intégrateur, l'éditeur Ivalua et les équipes IT internes.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à la gouvernance du projet.

Profil Recherché

  • Bac+5 en informatique, systèmes d'information, achats ou gestion d'entreprise.
  • Expérience confirmée (3 ans minimum) en tant que Business Analyst sur des projets Ivalua ou outils de gestion des achats (SAP Ariba, Coupa…).
  • Bonne connaissance des processus Source-to-Pay (S2P) ou Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Capacité à travailler en méthode Agile et à coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Sens de l'écoute, rigueur, esprit de synthèse et excellentes compétences relationnelles.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
