Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift (and optionally Objective-C when needed).
  • Build dynamic and responsive UIs using SwiftUI and UIKit.
  • Implement asynchronous and reactive programming with Combine, GCD, or async/await.
  • Ensure high code quality through unit testing, mocking, and automated testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest, Quick, Nimble).
  • Architect and maintain codebases following Clean Architecture and MVVM/MVI patterns.
  • Leverage dependency injection frameworks and tools for modular, testable code.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver elegant user experiences.
  • Stay current with modern iOS best practices, tools, and Apple ecosystem updates.
  • Utilize GitHub Flow (or similar) for version control, reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Diagnose issues and optimize app performance for smooth user experiences.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C.
  • Strong experience with SwiftUI and UIKit for UI development.
  • Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming and reactive frameworks (Combine, async/await).
  • Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks and mocking techniques.
  • Experience implementing Clean Architecture and dependency injection.
  • Familiarity with iOS development best practices and App Store deployment processes.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub workflows and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Core Data, Realm, or other local persistence frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Swift Concurrency and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Fastlane.
  • Exposure to push notifications, in-app purchases, or App Extensions.
