Scope of Position:

Assist in maintaining and supporting all IT systems as per Multimatic Inc's corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuring and maintaining all PC hardware as per Multimatic Inc's hardware specifications.
• Assist in maintaining the physical network as required. This includes servers, printers, plotters, and switches, etc.
• Assist in maintaining all Windows server platforms as required.  
• Provide technical support for all desktop operating systems. 
• Install and maintain PC application programs as per Multimatic Inc's software specifications.
• Support all telephone systems.
• Assist in keeping an accurate hardware inventory of all computer equipment.
• Help ensure all label printers and scanner guns are functioning and provide maintenance when needed.
• Configuring and maintaining PC hardware as per INC's hardware specifications.
• Support a near zero downtime environment.
