We are looking for a customer service focused Full Time Keyholder to join our team in Langford.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities:


•  Promote a customer service focused environment.


• Drive sales while maintaining the highest level of customer experience


•  Maintain the highest level of product knowledge


•  Educate customers on FARM's range of products


•  Defuse difficult situations and handling difficult customers with many issues, challenges, or barriers.


•  Point of Sale (POS), cash handling, and card payment services.


•  Understanding and compliance to the FARM's Policies & Procedures


•  Strong understanding of the industry regulatory environment and that FARM and customers must comply with.


•  Strong understanding of the operations across all departments necessary for
efficient customer service.


•  Ensure the store is maintained to the required standards of customer experience


• Opening and closing procedures


•  Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:


•  Strong customer service skills


•  Working knowledge of POS systems, Word, and Excel


•  Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills


•  Works well in high volume, retail environment


•  Able to work independently as well as a member of a team


•  Strong cannabis knowledge preferred


•  Selling it Right Certificate mandatory.

Terms of Employment:


•  Must be able to work a variety of night/weekend shifts when required


•  Must be willing to cover shifts on short notice


•  Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor
