Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Insulator helpers to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, insulation systems in commercial construction. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience with caulking, hand tools, and blueprint reading is highly desirable. The position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills within the construction industry and contribute to high-quality building projects.

Duties

  • Measure and cut insulation materials according to project specifications using hand tools.
  • Install insulation to HVAC systems
  • Apply canvas jacket and pvc jacketing
  • Use various hand tools such as knives, saws, drills, and trowels to perform installation tasks.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of waste properly.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in construction or insulation work preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols on-site.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Reliable transportation or access to job sites; valid driver's license may be required depending on project location.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to learn new skills within the construction trade.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
