Responsabilités

  • Agir à titre de bras droit des CPA, en les assistant dans les tâches complexes et la prise de décision.
  • Fournir un soutien technique et des conseils aux membres de l'équipe.
  • Diriger des initiatives d'amélioration des processus afin d'accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Examiner et approuver les feuilles de temps pour en assurer l'exactitude et le respect du budget.
  • Effectuer des tâches complexes et à forte valeur ajoutée, selon les besoins, pour soutenir l'équipe.

Exigences

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Solides compétences techniques en comptabilité et en analyse financière, avec la capacité d'appuyer les CPA dans des mandats complexes.
  • Habileté à guider et à encadrer les membres de l'équipe, tout en favorisant leur développement professionnel.
  • Esprit d'amélioration continue, capable de recommander et d'implanter des solutions pour accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Expérience avec les logiciels comptables (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage et NetSuite)
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, particulièrement Excel
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit

Rémunération : 80 000,00$ à 90 000,00$ par an
