Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Present and demonstrate TrueNorth Logix products and services to potential clients effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and follow-up phases.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
