  • Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines how scope, schedule, costs, communications, resources, dependencies, risks, quality, and changes (including vendor-related, if applicable) will be managed.
  • Create a detailed timeline that organizes all project tasks while ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Review the project timeline with management and impacted teams, making adjustments as needed to reflect changes or new priorities.
  • Track the project's approved budget, scope, and schedule closely.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring approvals are obtained and records are stored in a centralized location.
