Overview

At Squadric, we partner with organizations to build modern, scalable, and intelligent technology solutions. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a contract position. This role combines expert Salesforce engineering with hands-on APEX and C# development, contributing directly to mission‐critical business systems.

Role Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Developer (Contract), you will architect and implement Salesforce applications, integrations, and automations leveraging APEX, Lightning Web Components, and C#. Your role will also involve Azure DevOps pipelines and Azure cloud integrations. This position follows a hybrid model requiring two onsite days every other week.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop APEX classes, triggers, test classes, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Build and optimize Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and C# services.
  • Implement secure, scalable components in line with Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead integration patterns using Azure services and Azure cloud components.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support and troubleshoot complex issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience developing backend services using C# (.NET).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of OOP and software architecture patterns.
  • Experience with Git-based workflows.

Preferred Qualifications ( Nice to Have)

  • Salesforce
    Platform Developer I
    or
    II
    certification.
  • Salesforce
    Administrator
    or
    Platform App Builder
    certification.
  • Experience with
    Salesforce integration patterns
    (Platform Events, Change Data Capture, External Services, Named Credentials).
  • Experience building scalable components using
    Salesforce Flows
    , Flow Orchestrator, and declarative automations.
  • Familiarity with
    Salesforce architectural frameworks
    , including LDS, LDS Wire Adapters, and Apex Enterprise Patterns.
