What You'll Do

  • Be the first friendly contact for customers by phone
  • Book and dispatch technician jobs quickly and accurately
  • Provide clear, professional information about services
  • Keep schedules and customer records organized
  • Assist with office administration and scheduling support

What We're Looking For

  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused personality
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, positive, and professional)
  • Organized, adaptable, and strong at multitasking
  • Comfortable with computers, scheduling tools, and phone systems
  • Experience as a dispatcher, receptionist, call center agent, or office administrator is a plus — but not required (we'll train you)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to commute to Unionville/Markham, ON
