Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Afterhours Dispatch role located in Winnipeg, MB. The Afterhours Dispatcher is responsible for managing client requests, coordinating driver schedules, resolving service issues, and ensuring on-time deliveries during non-regular business hours. This role requires effective communication between drivers and customers, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in scheduling, route planning, and logistics coordination
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with experience handling client inquiries and operational issues
• Capacity for multitasking, problem-solving, and managing high-pressure situations effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and reports
• Familiarity with logistics software or dispatch platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently during afterhours shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or transportation are advantageous
