Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Duties

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations utilizing Tableau and Power BI to present key insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design best practices.
  • Support project management activities throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and data optimization.
  • Create detailed documentation including process flows using Visio and VBA automation scripts where applicable.
  • Perform analysis on various data sources, including Bash (Unix shell) scripts for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Assist in defining requirements for new data systems or enhancements to existing infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with data analysis tools such as R, Python, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), and VBA.
  • Strong proficiency in visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles within an Agile framework.
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies for software development projects.
  • Expertise in database design and management, including experience with SQL databases and Oracle systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with analysis techniques using Bash (Unix shell) scripting.
  • Strong business analysis skills to understand organizational needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position offers a challenging environment where your analytical expertise will directly influence strategic decisions and operational efficiencies across the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
