We're seeking an experienced
Management Consultant
to partner with clients on transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, designing effective structures, and aligning talent strategies to achieve impactful business results.

What You'll Do

• Support Training/change/business solutioning efforts: Develop and execute tailored strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Foster Collaboration: Build trust with stakeholders and integrate change practices across functional areas.
• Engage Stakeholders: Identify and involve key stakeholders while coaching sponsors on their roles.
• Deliver Enablement: Facilitate workshops, create training plans, and empower client teams.
• Measure Impact: Define success metrics, monitor progress, and refine approaches to ensure lasting results.
• Support Organizational Design: Develop operating models and structures to enhance agility and scalability.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ previous business experience
• Experience driving large-scale solutions
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile environments and project management approaches is a plus
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build trust and influence at all levels

Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
