Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable automotive Locksmith to join our team. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Locksmith will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties by providing expert locksmith services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all keys lost situations on a wide range of vehicles
  • Vehicle lockouts and emergency open-ups
  • Diagnose immobilizer, transponder, and remote issues
  • Cut keys and program vehicles in shop & on mobile service
  • Adding keys and FOBs using various diagnostic and programming tools
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Respond to emergency lockout situations efficiently and professionally
  • Keep tools and equipment well-maintained and organized
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a automotive Locksmith or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of transponder systems, key cloning, and immobilizer programming
  • Familiarity with multiple programmers and code cutting machines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid locksmith license or certification as required by local regulations (if applicable)
  • Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
