Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction. Must be comfortable working out of town fairly frequently.
Duties
- Develop and review project plans, blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, Excel, Click Up and other tools to schedule, and track project progress.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Manage project timelines by establishing milestones and ensuring adherence to deadlines through effective time management.
- Oversee procurement processes and material deliveries to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality control, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Lead project meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates, address concerns, and adjust plans as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles related to site development and infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability in construction management practices with a focus on safety, quality control, and efficiency.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex schematics and technical documents for accurate implementation. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget while maintaining safety standards. Candidates should demonstrate leadership capabilities combined with technical expertise in the construction industry to succeed in this dynamic role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
