PRAISE ENDURANCE is a Canadian-based running brand that breathes inclusivity, creativity, and passion.

We're currently hiring for a Seasonal Sales Position to join us for our next wave of events in Toronto. These moments take some serious hustle—and we're looking to grow our team with someone who brings that same kind of energy and connection into every interaction. You'll be at the front line of our community, sharing product knowledge, making people feel seen, and representing PRAISE with purpose.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with customers in an informed and authentic manner
  • Support set-up, sales, inventory management, and breakdown at event
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to the team
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand identity
  • Take initiative to problem-solve in fast-paced environment
  • Reflect the values of PRAISE through every point of contact

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales or customer service experience (event or retail-based is a plus) an asset
  • Comfortable talking to strangers and connecting over running lifestyle
  • Strong knowledge of running culture and/or an interest in equipement, sports, and movement
  • Able to stay grounded in high-traffic, high-energy settings
  • Organized, dependable, and a team player
  • Available on Friday October 17, and Saturday 18
