Job Description This strategic role within the Workplace Banking Program is centered on leading high value employer and client relationships that strengthen our market position and fuel sustainable growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to key partners, ensuring long term satisfaction while proactively identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand our footprint.
You will drive new business development by uncovering opportunities within existing partnerships and pursuing new employer relationships aligned with our growth strategy. Collaborating across internal teams, you will elevate operational performance through strategic planning, process optimization, and high standards execution. You will champion continuous improvement, streamline workflows, and support client training to ensure an exceptional end to end experience.
This role requires confident decision making, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to anticipate client needs before they arise.

- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $119, $140,900.00
