Cloud Partner Associate

As a Cloud Partner Associate at Adastra, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, playing a crucial role in supporting sales activities and partnerships. Your responsibilities span a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the seamless operation of partner-driven sales efforts. To carry out your tasks, you will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams across North America and Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Deal Registration and Tracking:
- You'll be responsible for managing the process of registering partner deals, ensuring accurate tracking, program compliance, and timely resolution of any registration-related issues
- Sales Support:
- Assist partner sales teams by providing essential administrative support. This includes tasks like creating sales quotes, generating reports, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales documentation
- Pipeline Management:
- Contribute to maintaining precise partner-related sales pipeline data. Your role will involve tracking partner opportunities, updating CRM systems, and producing pipeline reports for analysis and management insights
- Reporting and Analysis:
- You'll generate insightful reports and conduct basic data analysis to shed light on partner performance, sales trends, and the effectiveness of our programs
- Event Coordination:
- Collaborate in the coordination of partner-focused events, including workshops, webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Your efforts will contribute to fostering engagement and collaboration among our valued partners
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Join forces with our marketing team to bolster partner-related marketing campaigns. This may encompass coordinating campaign materials, offering input on campaign strategies, and ensuring that partners have the tools they need to engage effectively
- Content Curation and Editing:
- Assist in curating and editing blogs and success stories related to our partner ecosystem. This involves working with various teams to gather content, refining and polishing written materials, and ensuring all published content maintains a high standard of quality and aligns with our brand voice
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, administrator, or similar role, preferably in the technology or cloud services industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong editing and proofreading abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and partner ecosystems
- Experience in content creation, curation, or editing is preferred
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools
- Experience in event coordination or marketing campaign support is a plus
