Expectations

• Learn how all locations are cleaned so you can train staff and fill in if necessary
• Must be comfortable doing site inspections and providing constructive feedback
• Do site inspections regularly and provide feedback to staff
• Relay back to the office any issues and make HR recommendations or requests
• Train staff regularly on any skills or methods they lack
• Interact directly with staff to help them manage various needs
• Convey to staff company policy and enforce it where necessary
• Fill in when staff are absent, ill or on vacation if necessary
• Manage supplies and tools for the locations and deliver when necessary
• Report daily at the end of the shift to the management regarding the evening's work
• Be available for South Shore Division coming start-ups
• Be able to drive the company's vehicles and maintain those in good working condition.

Cleaner Support and Quality Assurance

• Training of all new cleaner employees at current and new locations
• Participate in all start-ups' new locations during the onboarding process
• Monitoring and supervising cleaner service (cleanings) quality and issues of non-compliance
• Check regular cleaners' schedules
• Prompt communication with staff, mainly using Swept
• Handle support requirements from cleaners

Administrative Duties

• Monitor and responding to client and staff communications
• Monitor and approve Hours - over or under target for location
• Create daily Janitorial action plan
• Work closely with the management to maintain cost-effective operations
• Report on excessive product consumption
• Report loss, damages and improper usage of equipment/supplies

Required Skills and Experience

• Must have previous cleaning experience, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Needs to be able to speak and communicate in English fluently
• Proficiency with the Swept App for managers and staff to be able to train others
• Must be highly computer literate and comfortable using a variety of digital tools and software.
• Clear Driver's Abstract/License and personal vehicle for commuting to work and when needed between locations
