Full-Time Personal Trainer (Evenings) — Elite Coaching Montréal

Elite Coaching is a high-end private personal training studio in the Mile-End.

We help busy professionals achieve rapid, sustainable fat-loss transformations with structured strength training, personalized nutrition, and precision-based lifestyle coaching.

• Has 1+ year of full-time, hands-on 1-on-1 training experience

Work Schedule (Required)

This is a full-time evening position, 5 days/week.

Choose one:

Option A — Monday to Friday

Approx. 10:00/10:30–20:00 / 20:30

Option B — Tuesday to Saturday

Tue–Fri: Approx. 10:00/10:30–20:00 / 20:30

Sat: Morning to early afternoon

If evenings don't work for you, this won't be the right fit for our current needs.

What You'll Do

• Coach 1-on-1 sessions using our structured system
• Conduct lifestyle, InBody, and movement assessments
• Learn and apply BioSignature as part of our method
• Track progress and adjust programs strategically
• Provide accountability in training, nutrition, and lifestyle
• Deliver a premium experience every session
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to our culture

We provide the clients — you bring the coaching.

Eligibility

You must:

• Already live in Montréal
• Already have a valid Canadian work permit
