Role Description

This part-time, on-site role as a Ski Instructor is based at Searchmont Ski Resort in Searchmont, Ontario. The Ski Instructor will be responsible for teaching skiing techniques to guests of various skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Responsibilities include leading group or private lessons, demonstrating techniques, providing constructive feedback, and promoting a positive experience for resort visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ski Instruction and Skiing, with a passion for sharing knowledge an asset
• Familiarity with Snowboarding is a plus an asset but not necessary.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and assist guests effectively
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment and adapting to dynamic situations
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous teaching or coaching experience is an asset but not necessary
• Relevant certifications in skiing or snowboarding instruction are considered an advantage
