Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canada, for a Customer Base Sales professional. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The individual will need to develop a deep understanding of customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, utilizing CRM systems effectively, and contributing to the overall growth of the customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, and client retention strategies.
- Sales expertise, including upselling, cross-selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation skills, proposal development experience, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software, as well as familiarity with data analytics to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and customer success.
- Proactive and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience in HCM technology, SaaS, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
