What You'll Do

  • Operate, monitor, and optimize field production systems (wellheads, compressors, separators, pipelines, Pump jacks,Plunger lift systems ).
  • Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs to maintain uptime and efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data and contribute to optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve field challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in oil & gas production field operations.
  • Valid H2S Alive and First Aid certifications.
  • Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • A commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oil well production experience
  • Gas Wells Production
  • Oil Battery experience
  • Compressor experience
  • General Field production experience
  • PFO/GPO certification is an asset
  • Experience with plunger lift systems
  • Experience with Production Volume Reporting (PVR)
  • Strong skills in well optimization and maintaining clean, efficient work sites
