We are seeking a
Senior Data Architecture Consultant
to support a large-scale
SQL to Snowflake migration program
within a complex enterprise environment. This role sits at the center of a global analytics transformation and will play a key part in defining, governing, and evolving enterprise data models across multiple business lines.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, data governance, data engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure data is treated as a strategic asset — from ingestion through to analytics and reporting.

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role suited for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges and influencing architecture at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the
    enterprise data model
    , aligning business needs with global analytical standards
  • Translate business requirements into
    relational, dimensional, or data vault models
    supporting diverse use cases
  • Review and optimize data models created by data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
  • Ensure alignment with global architecture, governance standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
  • Define and implement architecture elements to ensure
    data quality, security, availability, and timeliness
  • Continuously improve BI and analytics architecture from
    raw ingestion to presentation layers
  • Act as a thought leader, promoting best practices and innovative approaches across the data organization

Required Qualifications

  • 8–15 years
    of experience in the data domain
  • Senior-level experience as a
    Data Architect
    in enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise with
    SQL and SQL Server
  • Deep experience with
    data modeling techniques
    , including:
  • Relational
  • Dimensional
  • Medallion architecture
  • Experience with
    Snowflake or equivalent cloud data platforms
    (strong understanding of data ingestion patterns is key)
  • Proven ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence architectural decisions

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in
    Agile delivery environments
  • Exposure to
    SAP
    ecosystems
  • Comfortable preparing and delivering
    executive-level presentations
  • Bilingual French/English (French preferred, English-only candidates welcome)
