We are seeking a dedicated team member with flexible availability, who is looking for long-term employment. Must be able to work at least two evening, and one weekend shift per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare menu items according to specifications and customer preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as grills and slicers
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food items
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
  • Upsell additional menu items or promotions to increase sales

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Positive attitude and coachability
