Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices and cost models, in order to meet client CRM application business requirement and project/initiative deliverables.

General Skills

Knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages and communication protocols.

  • At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM
  • At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies
  • Experience with developing business design document, functional & non- functional requirements
  • Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
  • Experience in developing functional design document
  • Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions
  • Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA)
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Experience developing user personas and user journey maps
  • Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points
