Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. Duties

  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment of business objectives.
  • Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements using data analysis and industry best practices.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

Skills

  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as ERP systems, MS Office Suite, or other industry-specific tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Leadership qualities including motivation, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
  • Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of supply chain logistics, process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma), and experience in a fast-paced environment. This position is integral to the organization's success by ensuring smooth operations that align with strategic goals. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and effective team management to thrive in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
