Job Summary

Forage Fusion Drilling is seeking experienced Surface Diamond Drillers to join our exploration team in Botswana, Africa. This role offers a 2/1 rotation with all travel, camp meals, and accommodation fully covered during rotation. We are looking for highly skilled drillers who value safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

This is a dry camp environment — no alcohol or drugs permitted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate surface diamond drilling rigs
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs
  • Operate with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Assist with all phases of drilling and site preparation
  • Guide, train, and support local drillers and trainees

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of surface diamond drilling experience
  • Valid Standard First Aid & CPR (preferred)
  • Physically fit and capable of working in remote environments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Patience and willingness to mentor and train local personnel
