We are expanding our Retail Services Team to help us evolve through the next stage of our growth journey, and we hope you can help shape our future. We now have career opportunities for two Part Time Term Teller positions, located in Regina. These positions are anticipated to be available for one year. These positions will be scheduled to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with the successful applicants having availability during our business hours of 8:45am-5:15pm, Monday through Friday.
- Day shifts, scheduled at both of our branch locations, within a Monday – Friday work week will be required.
- The successful candidate must have the ability to work within a flexible work schedule.
Position OverviewAs part of the TCU Financial Group team, this position completes a variety of banking services and front-line support to our members. With genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping members meet their financial goals they help to create a positive experience by:
- Processing all in branch transactions courteously, error-free and with a view of adding value to a transaction to build trusting relationships with our members.
- Providing banking solutions to members by listening and owning the problem resolution through to conclusion.
- Proactively promoting service and product opportunities that would be of benefit to the member.
- Solving technical issues with member cards, online banking, and the mobile banking app.
- Being a team player and supporting in any area of the member facing arena, knowing that this approach allows opportunity to broaden knowledge and build opportunities for career growth.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma, combined with previous experience as a teller in a financial institution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- A strong communicator with the ability to interact with members in a clear, positive, and sincere manner.
- A highly motivated individual with an aptitude for numbers, strong organizational skills, and a high attention to detail.
- A professional in their approach and commitment to providing exceptional service to our members.
- A quick learner with a willingness to take on new challenges and motivated to pursue all learning opportunities to broaden skills and understanding, to fulfill the member experience vision.
