- Manage the process for payables transactions in accordance with Deveraux's policies and procedures
- Work alongside the purchasing team to reconcile month end invoicing and payments
- Prepare cheque and EFT payments
- Communicate with project vendors
- Administrative support, including reception coverage as required
- Prepare ad hoc reporting
- Support projects that are relevant to the department and division
- Maintain and foster a positive workplace atmosphere
