About the Role

We are hiring skilled Wireman A & Wireman B professionals to join a growing electrical manufacturing team in Cambridge, ON. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in electrical wiring, panel assembly, interpreting schematics, and working in fast-paced production environments.

This role requires technical accuracy, safety awareness, and the ability to deliver high-quality electrical builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and assembly of electrical panels.
• Install electrical components such as switches, relays, breakers, control devices, and harnesses.
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled units.
• Follow quality standards and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and electrical codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements for Wireman A

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical wiring experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret detailed electrical drawings.
• Experience wiring control panels or industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot wiring and identify non-conformities.
• Strong understanding of electrical components and assemblies.

Requirements for Wireman B

• 1–2 years of electrical wiring or panel assembly experience.
• Ability to understand basic electrical diagrams and wiring instructions.
• Knowledge of common electrical tools and wiring practices.
• Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced tasks.

Preferred Qualifications (for both A & B)

• Experience in panel building, industrial wiring, or manufacturing setups.
• Familiarity with electrical standards and best practices.
• Ability to work in a team and meet production schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $25.00 per hour
