We are looking for a talented, experienced Hair Stylist or Barber to join our team With a minimum of three years in the industry, this role is perfect for someone passionate about hair, fashion, and ongoing education. A confident, personable professional who thrives in a team atmosphere and is eager to contribute to the success of themselves and others will excel here. Previous clientele is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform expert hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, extensions, and working with all hair types.
  • Build strong client relationships and create personalized looks
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace to uphold salon standards
  • Stay current with industry trends and techniques through social media and continuing education
  • Utilize social media and marketing to promote services
  • Collaborate with the team to foster a supportive work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of professional hairstyling or barbering experience
  • Confident, personable, and team-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • Social media and marketing savvy for service promotion
