Position Overview:

We're looking for a licensed, experienced Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, knowledgeable about modern aesthetic treatments, and committed to helping patients achieve real, noticeable results.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other skin treatments based on patient needs.
  • Assist in advanced aesthetic procedures under medical supervision (e.g., microneedling, radiofrequency, laser treatments and prep/post-care).
  • Conduct skin consultations and recommend treatment plans and homecare products.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment to the highest safety and hygiene standards.
  • Educate patients on skincare routines and product usage.
  • Support the clinic team with scheduling, patient flow, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current or previous Aesthetician experience and schooling.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in aesthetics, med spa, or dermatology setting.
  • Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skincare products, and medical-grade treatments.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience with microneedling, laser, or advanced facial technology.
  • Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines.
  • Sales experience or comfort recommending skincare products.
