Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the cultivation and harvesting of crops, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the overall productivity of the farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for agriculture.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and power tools.
  • Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving materials, equipment, or harvested crops.
  • Assist in irrigating fields and gardens to ensure optimal growth conditions.
  • Utilize hand tools for planting, weeding, and harvesting crops.
  • Follow safety protocols while operating heavy equipment and performing farm duties.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning.
  • Apply basic math skills for measuring and calculating crop yields or material quantities.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily farming tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not required.
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work long hours outdoors.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating as needed on the job.
  • Familiarity with gardening practices is beneficial.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.
