About the Role:

Are you looking to get your hands on deck of a growing team and company? We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Production Worker to join our team Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth We are hiring at our Mitchell Island location at 11300 Twigg Place on a variety of shifts:

  • Tuesday-Friday, 1:15PM-11:45PM
  • Monday-Friday, 3:30PM-12:00AM

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $20/hour

Qualifications and Skills:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that materials are labeled correctly and accurately
  • Restack finished and stripped product as required
  • Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and all continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help monitor production waste, work as part of a team to find root causes for defective and follow best practices to improve quality
  • Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly at all times
  • Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor
