Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
  • Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
  • Adhere to all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure the quality of the food served.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Experience in serving or customer service roles within the food industry is a plus.
