Position overview:

We are seeking a junior or intermediate AI Growth and Marketing Specialist to execute all marketing functions of our Company. The incumbent will be our only dedicated marketing resource, reporting to the CEO. The main objectives of this role are to help keep Authentica's marketing engine running—turn product updates into clear content, manage social, keep HubSpot tidy, and use AI + automation to move faster.

What you'll do

  • Automate sales and marketing activities with AI + n8n + HubSpot (e.g., lead routing, content repurposing, Slack digests) and track hours saved.
  • Turn product/model updates into clear and effective posts, emails, and release notes.
  • Own the social calendar: plan, schedule, post, and engage across LinkedIn/X/IG.
  • Build tidy Figma docs/templates (briefs, social assets, simple landing wireframes).
  • Keep HubSpot clean: lists, properties, workflows, sequences; dedupe, basic dashboards; support sales hygiene.
  • Ship small campaigns and webinars end-to-end; coordinate creators/advocates when useful.
  • Monitor AI/platform trends and propose timely experiments.
  • Report weekly on growth, engagement, email metrics, and content-sourced leads—plus next actions.
  • Other duties as required.

What you'll bring

  • Advanced user of generative AI tools to enable and optimize sales and marketing activities.
  • Completion of relevant post secondary education (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–4 years in marketing coordination/ops/social/content (startup or B2B a plus).
  • Working Figma chops; clean, reusable files.
  • Hands-on HubSpot (lists, forms, workflows, sequences).
  • Crisp short-form writing.
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive.

Nice to have:
Canva/Adobe, basic video, GA4, Webflow, Notion, UTM discipline, n8n.
