You will champion member-centric enhancements, from UI/UX improvements to personalization, ensuring Scene+ remains best-in-class and future-ready.

Exposure and leadership opportunities. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, serving as the bridge between internal teams, external partners, and Scene+ owners. Your ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve challenges will directly shape the success of Scene+'s digital ecosystem.

Career development. You will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in product management, digital delivery, and cross-enterprise leadership. You will work with leaders who value collaboration and continuous improvement, and gain exposure to partners across industries, including financial services, retail, and entertainment. Whether you choose to deepen your career in digital product leadership or explore opportunities within Scene+'s owner organizations, you will build experience that will accelerate your career.

As our new Senior Manager, Digital Product Delivery, you will:

  • Own and execute. You will work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Partnerships, Technology, Legal, and Finance to align execution with enterprise objectives. You will nurture relationships with Scene+ owners (Scotiabank, Cineplex, Empire) and external partners to ensure seamless digital integration and delivery as required.
  • Manage vendors. You will provide day-to-day oversight of agencies, development partners, and technology vendors. You will ensure accountability to timelines, budgets, SLAs, and Scene+ standards. You will negotiate and influence to secure resources and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Define and measure performance, progress, and risks. You will define and monitor KPIs for new features, releases, and platform performance, generate insights to inform optimization, anticipate risks, and manage interdependencies.
  • Adhere to standards. You will ensure product enhancements and deliverables are aligned with necessary consumer regulatory requirements, including accessibility and language laws.
  • Lead and develop the team. You will foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across digital product and delivery teams through open and proactive communication and partnerships. You will lead, mentor, and coach junior team members (Coordinators, Analysts) and cross-functional contributors.

You bring:
