DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
En tant que membre de l'équipe d'audit, vous offrirez bien plus que des historiques financiers ou des prévisions : vous proposerez des solutions complètes à des défis d'affaires complexes. Nos clients comptent sur nous pour les aider à comprendre leur situation actuelle et à se préparer pour l'avenir. Dans ce rôle, vous développerez une compréhension approfondie de secteurs d'activité spécifiques, ce qui vous permettra d'anticiper les enjeux et de créer des stratégies à valeur ajoutée pour aider les clients à surmonter les obstacles et saisir les opportunités.
Vos responsabilités incluront la planification et l'exécution d'audits financiers, l'élaboration de solutions adaptées en fonction des conditions économiques et financières actuelles, ainsi que la collaboration dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur la croissance aux côtés d'experts reconnus. Vous participerez à des discussions constructives avec les clients et collègues pour concevoir des solutions innovantes, vous agirez en leader pour instaurer la confiance et influencer des résultats positifs, et vous vous engagerez dans un développement professionnel continu afin de faire progresser votre carrière.
COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES
- Diplôme universitaire et
3+ années d'expérience en audit externe
; - Être en voie d'obtenir le titre de CPA ou avoir entamé le processus pour l'obtenir;
- Bilingue français et anglais
; excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français; - Expérience ou intérêt pour la recherche technique sur les normes comptables et compréhension des systèmes de contrôle des clients;
- À l'aise avec l'utilisation de logiciels de pointe;
- Expérience au sein d'un des
quatre grands cabinets de conseil

- Permanent, full time role - 75,000- 85,000/yr

JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the Audit team, you will deliver more than just financial histories or forecasts—you will provide comprehensive solutions to complex business challenges. Our clients rely on us to help them understand their current situation and prepare for what's ahead. In this role, you will gain deep insight into specific business areas, enabling you to anticipate issues and create value-added strategies that help clients overcome obstacles and seize opportunities. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing financial audits, developing tailored solutions based on current business and financial conditions, and collaborating within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment alongside recognized experts. You will engage in meaningful discussions with clients and colleagues to craft innovative solutions, lead by example to build trust and influence positive outcomes, and commit to ongoing professional development to advance your career.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of external audit experience;
Be studying for the CPA designation or have begun the process of obtaining the designation;
Bilingual in French and English; superior written and oral communication skills in French;
Experience or interest in technical research on accounting standards, and understanding of client control systems;
Be comfortable using state-of-the-art software.
