Duties

  • Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, biogel, shellac gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety.
  • Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products.
  • Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and friendly environment for clients.
  • Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments.
  • Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation practices through ongoing education.

Requirements

  • Experience in nail care, including manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylics, and nail art preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
  • Proven ability to upsell services and retail products confidently.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences.
